If your feline friend likes them, blueberries are fine to feed to healthy cats. Keep in mind that some cats may not tolerate diet changes or new additions such as fruit or vegetables… So it’s best to introduce only one new treat at a time, and in moderation. Too much of it can cause stomach upset.
Once again, we need to remember that treats shouldn’t account for more than 10 percent of your cat’s daily caloric intake. For reference, 1 cup of blueberries is around 80 calories. Try to limit blueberries to one to three per day.
