  • 3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1 Cup Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

  • 3 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • ΒΌ cup of water
  • Food processor required


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour the oats in the food processor and blend them until they’re smooth.
  3. Pour oat flour in a bowl.
  4. Mix the parsley, mint, coconut oil and egg in the bowl.
  5. Add a cup of water and continue mixing the dough using your hands.
  6. Start rolling the dough into small circular-shaped cookies.
  7. Put the mints on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  8. Bake the mints in the oven for 35/40 minutes.

  • 500g fresh minced beef
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cup organic coconut flour free of gluten
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1⁄4 tablespoon turmeric
  • Frosting: 2 tablespoons of organic lactose-free soft cheese, 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter


  1. Mix all the ingredients above except the soft cheese and peanut butter. You can use your hands to mix them.
  2. When you have a smooth dough, distribute it over 2 pans.
  3. Put the dough in the oven for 30 minutes, at 180 degrees.
  4. Make the icing using two tablespoons of soft cheese and one of peanut butter (without xylitol, don’t forget!).
